The community will also include 75,000 square-feet of social, recreational, and cultural amenities, as well as food and beverage venues including the Coachella Club for fine dining.  The community features a several outdoor lanais for outdoor relaxation and cocktail parties, an expansive library, business center, movie theatre, arts and crafts studio, on-site care and wellness center, fitness center, salon and day spa, outdoor swimming pool, bocce courts, 18-hole putting course, and two pet parks.  Another unique feature will be a 50,000 square foot underground parking garage.

I’ll have to tell my parents about this place. They are working with Patrick Stewart Properties to find a home for them to retire to. I’m just excited for them to move there so I can go and visit and enjoy the great weather.
