Tony DeSare to Perform at the Annenberg Theater

Singer, pianist, songwriter and recording artist Tony DeSare will be performing live at the Annenberg Theater, located at the Palm Springs Art Museum. The Radio Show performance will be on Tuesday March 3, 2009 at 8:00 p.m according to a museum press release.

The Radio Show performance will feature American popular music and is inspired by Frank Sinatra’s radio broadcast recordings during World War II. DeSare’s show invokes the connection that an audience can have with different eras of music spanning from Classical to Contemporary Classics.

DeSare’s music performance and versatility has been described as robust, romantic, swinging, and sensual, which has brought him critical acclaim throughout countries including the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, and Australia.

Tickets for this event are available at the museum’s box office at (760) 325-4490 or by going to the Annenberg Theater Website and purchasing tickets online. Gold seats are $55 (museum members are $50) and Silver seats are $45 (museum members are $40).
