The desert offers an impressive variety of hotels, resorts, and spas for Coachella Valley residents as well as seasonal Snow Birds, but this year The Doral Desert Princess Resort is adding to the impression a special 25th anniversary commemoration rate of $25 per night for rooms that can normally cost upwards of $189 per night. The prices gives locals and desert visitors alike a chance to experience the 345-acre resort that features 27-holes of championship golf, 10 tournament-style tennis courts, Olympic sized pool with a 5,000-square-foot pool deck, full-service spa, and several restaurants and lounges and 23,000 square feet of conference and banquet facilities.

The 25th anniversary rate works for reservations made over a set 25-day period for the $25 per night price tag. The deal works as follows:

The 25-day period is between 3/1/09-3/25/09 and is only for double occupancy Sunday through Thursday stays, based on availability.
This rate extends for reservations between March 1st and June 30th, 2009, but the reservation request must be made during the 25-day anniversary period to qualify.
In addition to sales tax, there is a $15 per night resort fee and $0.55 utility fee.

Although group bookings and prior reservations cannot use the anniversary rate and additional discounts and promotional offers cannot be applied, the price is still considerably less expensive than many inns and motels offer in the Southern California area.
